This notice explains how senttoserve.com (the "Site") uses cookies and similar technologies. It's part of our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help the Site remember things, such as the fact that you're logged in.

Cookies we use

Essential cookies (always on)

Who sets them: our Site runs on Wix, which sets the cookies the Site needs in order to work. You can read about them in Wix's cookie list.

What they do:

keep you logged in;

keep your session secure, including protecting against fake requests and automated traffic;

balance traffic and deliver pages quickly;

remember basic settings;

help Wix detect errors and keep the Site stable, including through an error-reporting service (Sentry) that Wix pages load.

Examples: a check of our home page on 2026-10-24 found ssr-caching (page delivery; seconds) and sec-fetch-unsupported (browser compatibility; session). Other essential Wix cookies, such as those for login and security, are listed in Wix's cookie list.

Turning them off: the Site can't work properly without these cookies. Because they're strictly necessary, we don't ask for consent to use them.

Payment pages

When you donate, you pay on Stripe's checkout page.

Stripe uses its own cookies there for security and fraud prevention. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Analytics cookies (non-essential)

We use Wix Analytics and Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, which site referred you, and your browser, device and approximate location (from your IP address).

Google Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_*. They're non-essential analytics cookies. Google Analytics data goes to Google, under Google's Privacy Policy.

Wix Analytics: Wix may set its own analytics cookies, which are described in Wix's cookie list. Like Google Analytics, they're non-essential.

We've turned off Google's advertising features and data sharing for our analytics.

Analytics cookies aren't needed for the Site to work, so they're non-essential.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, once our cookie banner is in place, they'll load only after you accept them.

Everywhere else, they may be used unless you opt out. Once our cookie banner is in place, you'll be able to opt out with Reject or Settings. Until then, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We don't yet respond to Global Privacy Control signals. Once our cookie banner is in place, we'll treat them as an opt-out.

We don't use advertising cookies or ad trackers, such as a Meta Pixel.

Share buttons

The Share buttons on listings (Facebook, X, WhatsApp, email, text message and copy link) are plain links.

No Facebook, X or WhatsApp scripts or cookies load on our Site. Nothing is sent to those services unless you click their button.

When you click one, that service opens in a new tab and its own cookies and policies apply there.

Our map

Our map of listings is drawn on our own Site.

It does not load Google Maps or any other outside map service, and it sets no cookies of its own.

Your choices

Cookie banner. We're adding a cookie banner that will let you accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice later. Until it's in place, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: once our cookie banner is in place, analytics cookies and any other non-essential cookies will load only after you accept them.

Everyone else: analytics cookies may load when you visit. Once our cookie banner is in place, you'll be able to turn them off with Reject or Settings, and we'll treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. Until then, you can block or delete them in your browser settings.

Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, logging in and donating may not work.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: see our Privacy Policy, §6.

Changes and contact

Changes: we'll update this notice if we change how we use cookies.
